Delivery Information for Al Artie Works
We offer shipping services to clients across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
Typically, it takes 3–4 working days from the moment you place your purchase for delivery.
The delivery charge is calculated at the time of purchase.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the order and a payment confirmation if you choose to pay online.
Our products are dispatched either by our dedicated delivery team or one of our trusted shipping partners.
Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time and, if necessary, collect payment upon delivery.
All artwork goods are shipped fully assembled and ready to hang.

Free shipping is offered for all orders, with an additional AED 50 charge for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
Delivery Deadlines:
- 3-7 business days for items available in UAE and Saudi warehouse.
We do not currently offer shipping overseas. However, feel free to contact us, and we will endeavor to obtain the best shipping estimate from our third-party vendors for you.
Please note that Free Shipping promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to restrict territories. Only one promo code may be used per purchase at checkout.
Al Artie Works and its third-party shipment providers will not be liable for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, governmental actions, or any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Al Artie Works complies with UAE law and will not engage in transactions with any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries.
